* Please note – you will NOT receive the vendor package until after you have been approved by the PrideFest committee via email confirmation AND have paid your vendor fee.

** The Vendor Package will include: vendor contract, promotional material, set-up & tear down information, etc.

  • Tent Weights
  • Hydro/Generator

We will no longer be accepting vendors that primarily sell:

  • A list will be created once we reach our maximum vendors per category (Ex. crochet, candles, tumblers, etc.)

Q: Where can I get insurance from?

A: You can purchase one-time event insurance from:

  • Any insurance company
  • May be included in your current business insurance

Q: Why do I have to have insurance?

A: Vendors are legally required, by the city, to have insurance. To view, click on the link here. (Scroll down to FAQ and click on “vendor”)

Q: Who do I name as an “Additional Insureds” under my insurance?

A: Queer Joy: Canada Inc. & The Corporation of the City of Sarnia

Q: How do I know if I have been accepted?

A: You will receive an email that you are a “pre-approved” vendor, but you are not “officially approved” until you pay your vendor fee.

Q: How do I pay?

A: In your “pre-approved” email, you will receive instructions on how to pay (depending on your selection in the application).

Q: Can I pick my vendor spot?

A: No, you cannot pick your vendor spot. However, we will do our best to accommodate requests and we will prioritize requests related to accessibility.

Q: Will there be overnight security?

A: Yes, we will have overnight security. However, we are not responsible for any stolen or damaged property.
